Malta International Honey Commission

We have represented Turkey during the International Honey Commission Congress at Malta during 7-10 May.

I’ve presented three different studies: “Comparison of Invertase activities of raw and pasteurized honey”, “Examination of antioxidant properties of Turkish propolis”

and “Antimicrobial activities of bee products”. It was a pleasure attending this great event and thanks to everyone who have organized it”
