Propolis, is a natural product collected from the stems, leaves and buds of the plants by the bees. Raw honey is a ready to eat food after it is harvested from the hives. There is no need to heat or to filter raw honey as such treatments removes or destroys the pollens. These all-natural bee products have antioxidant, antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory activities. For instance, when propolis is consumed with orange juice that is rich in vitamin C, its antioxidant bioavailability may increase further. I do recommend to consume Anatolian propolis at least 20 drops for adults, and 10 drops for children in addition to 1 tbsp raw honey daily. If bees are alive, then nature is🐝
